Are you afraid of backbends and heart openers? Feel like your arms aren’t yet strong enough or it hurts your low back, and therefore back-bending is not your thing? This workshop is for you. We will explore the foundations of backbends showing you how to move safely, deeper and more comfortably into your back bending practice. Backbends are deliberately exploring the unknown, arching back into the mysteries of your own experience. This modified back bending practice will allow students of all levels to experience the energy and effects of this amazing nervous system cleansing practice.
